Free Money for Prospective Home Buyers

Have you ever considered trying out for a game show to win free money to buy a new home? “Deal or No Deal” is a popular game show that millions of taxpayers are watching. Watching others win free money peaks a lot of curiosity. It begs the question: If they can win, so can I? Many couples have auditioned for the show in efforts to win money to buy a new home. A major component of the “American Dream” is to own a beautiful home. In a society full of so much debt, how is buying a home at all possible?

Many taxpayers have concluded that now is the time to purchase a home. Interest rates are at an all time low. Houses are being sold lower than market value. This is definitely a buyer’s market. Fortunately, prospective homebuyers do not have to resort to game shows in order to win money for a down payment on a new home. Realistically, what are the odds of being selected to appear on a game show? Furthermore, what are the odds of winning? Taxpayers need a more realistic approach to buying a home. With that said, government housing programs are available that distribute millions of dollars in free money to qualifying taxpayers.

In the past, individuals with poor credit scores had no chance of being approved for a home mortgage. Many taxpayers have been denied the opportunity to own a home due to poor credit, low income, and lack of other resources. Special government housing programs are granting low-income families the opportunity to own their own home. Free money has been set aside in the form of government housing grants as an initiative to rejuvenate the economy.

Government programs are available to assist taxpayers with buying a home, investing in rental properties, and other housing projects. Awarding free money to prospective homebuyers helps to influence home ownership as well as economic growth. If you are not sure if buying a home is right for you, consider the following:

· Interest rates are low.

· Homes are priced below market value.

· It is your right as a taxpayer to own your own home.

· Free money is available to assist you with buying a home.

Other government programs are available to assist homeowners with home improvement projects. Granting free money for home improvement is the government’s way of investing in the community. Building communities have a positive effect on the overall economy. Building a stable, vibrant economy is the government’s number one goal. Why is the government so willing to give away free money for housing?

· It will encourage home ownership.

· It will assist individuals with investing in rental properties.

· It will assist low-income families.

· It will give taxpayers with a poor credit history a second chance.

· Ultimately, it will help to improve the economy.

Millions of dollars are generated in government funding to assist prospective homebuyers. With laws in effect, such as the American Dream Downpayment Initiative (ADDI) of 2003, there is hope for low-income families and minorities. The two major obstacles that prospective homebuyers face are not having a down payment or money for closing costs. The ADDI was created to assist qualifying taxpayers with funding in these areas. Why depend on winning free money on a game show, when there are government resources ready to assist you?

Why Is Free Government Money Available?

Free government money is available to the public. The Federal government awards financial assistance to U.S. citizens for public purposes. These awards are known as government grants and are distributed through Federal government agencies. The government designates millions of dollars in grants every year to help United States citizens with education expenses, housing costs, medical bills, small business start up costs, and more. Many U.S. citizens are uneducated on the government incentives that are available. Due to this unawareness, millions of dollars in government grants are unspoken for every year. What is free government money?

The Federal government wants to maintain a stable money-making economy. In order to retain stability in our economy the job market must be steady. Education is the key to a steady job market; therefore, the government has taken the initiative to provide funding so that citizens can attend college. College graduates need jobs. In order to create more jobs we need more small businesses. Small businesses are the backbone to our economic well-being. Free government money has been made available to help entrepreneurs to grow their small business. Real estate plays an important role in the condition of our economy. In order to retain a healthy economy, U.S. citizens must achieve residential stability. With this said, the government has allocated millions of dollars in housing grants to help citizens to purchase homes.

College Grants are provided through Federal agencies and is free government money that students can use toward their post-secondary education. Some college grants are awarded based on financial need and others are awarded based on criteria related to other personal circumstances. Millions of dollars in free government money is given away to students each year. Unlike student loans, college grants generally do not have to be repaid.

Housing Grant programs are designed to help low-income families and first time homebuyers. Housing grants are available for those who have been turned down for home loans due to their poor credit history. There is also free government money to help individuals to purchase rental properties. The government has developed housing programs to help individuals to achieve residential stability.

Small Business Grants are given to entrepreneurs who are seeking to start, build, grow, or expand their business. The Federal government has appointed each state to set aside funds to help citizens who are striving to have a successful business. Free government money is provided through Federal government agencies to help establish small businesses in the United States. The Small Business Administration provides several financial aid programs for small businesses.

Medical Grants are available to those that are afflicted with a disease such as cancer, AIDS, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s. Free government money is available to individuals that are handicapped, blind, and deaf. Millions of dollars is available to assist those that are sick with their medical expenses and pharmaceutical needs.

In order to have a stable economy, the government has to look out for the well-being of United States citizens. If Americans are uneducated, homeless, jobless, and unhealthy, how can we maintain a steady or functional economy? It is in the government’s best interest to provide free money through government grants to help the American people. Giving away free government money is a small price to pay when a stable economy is at stake.
